At Ideale Lifestyle, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Our warranty policy is designed to provide you with clear guidance on how to address any product issues, whether you purchase our in-house brands or products from other manufacturers.


Warranty Coverage for Ideale Lifestyle Products

  • Our in-house products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

  • This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or improper care.


Warranty Coverage for Other Brands

  • For products from other brands sold through Ideal Lifestyle, warranty coverage is provided directly by the respective manufacturer or brand.

  • Warranty terms, coverage, and service procedures may vary by brand.

  • Customers are required to contact the relevant brand’s authorized service center for warranty claims and support.

  • Details for each brand’s service center can be found in the product packaging, user manual, or on the manufacturer’s website. If you need assistance locating the correct service center, please contact us.


How to Make a Warranty Claim

For Ideale Lifestyle Products:

  1. Contact Us:
    Email hello@idealelifestyle.com.sg or call [+65] 9755 9987 with your order number, product details, and a description of the issue. Please include clear photos of the defect if possible.

  2. Verification:
    Our customer service team will review your claim and may request additional information or images to verify the defect.

  3. Return Instructions:
    If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product (if required).

  4. Resolution:
    Depending on the situation, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with our warranty terms.

For Other Brands:

  • Please refer to the warranty card, user manual, or manufacturer’s website for service center contact details and claim procedures.

  • If you are unable to locate the relevant service center, contact us and we will assist you with the information you need.


Important Notes

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all warranty claims.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return the product for inspection, unless otherwise specified.

  • The warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.


Exclusions

  • This warranty does not cover:

    • Damage due to misuse, abuse, or accidents

    • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

    • Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, fading)

    • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
