Return & Exchange Policy

At Ideale Lifestyle, we want you to shop with confidence. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below:

Eligibility for Exchange or Refund

  • Exchanges or refunds are available for:

    • Faulty, defective, or incorrectly shipped products

    • Wrong size or color ordered by the customer

    • Change of mind (see admin fee below)

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of the delivery date

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and include all original tags and accessories

How to Request an Exchange or Refund

  1. Contact us at [+65] 9755 9987 within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected:

    • For faulty, defective, or incorrect items: We will process a one-to-one exchange for the same item (subject to availability). If the original item is out of stock, you may choose another item of equal value as a replacement. If no suitable replacement is available, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

    • For exchanges due to wrong size or color: We will process an exchange for the correct item. If the new item is higher in price, the customer will be required to pay the price difference before the exchange is completed.

    • For returns due to customer error (wrong size, color, or change of mind): We will refund the amount paid minus an admin fee of 3.2% of the order value plus S$0.50 per transaction. This admin fee covers non-refundable Shopify transaction fees and administrative costs. The fee will be deducted from your refund and clearly shown during the refund process.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (faulty, defective, or wrong item shipped).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted for reasons other than product defect, damage, incorrect shipment, wrong size/color ordered, or change of mind within the specified period.
