This policy is only applicable to purchases made through our online site.
We would accept exchange under the following conditions:
1. Product is faulty/wrong/defective.
2. Product is purchased within 7 days from the date of delivery.
3. Invoice must be produced to us as proof of purchase.
We will proceed a one-to-one exchange after verification. If the product is out of stock/discontinued, you may choose another product of the same/higher value or we will issue a full paid value discount voucher for your next purchase. A top-up is required if you choose to exchange for a higher value product.
We do not provide refund in cash, instead, we offer a full paid value discount voucher for your next purchase.
